F9 is an extremely useful financial reporting application that dynamically links General Ledger
data to Microsoft Excel. Our Certified Instructors demonstrate how to use a combination of simple cell
formulas in Excel, which allow users to format data into any desired financial report in a flexible and
powerful spreadsheet environment. These classes are non-product specific so all accounting software
users are welcome. Accounting Resources, Inc. is also the only F9 training facility in California.
Users will learn how to:
► Enhance financial information presentation by using graphics, text and add-in capabilities
► Create financial reports that span any period of time ? including a one-day P&L
► Access General Ledger data from any number of companies simultaneously
► Drill down to individual transactions from a spreadsheet
► Create, edit and write budgets between the General Ledger and the spreadsheet

All versions of Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200 and Sage MAS 500 include Crystal Reports, which allows users to create and
customize presentation quality reports within these programs. This class is designed to teach users how to:
► Design reports to users preferred output format allowing for better business decisions
► Embed Sub-Reports in a main report allowing users to insert information from different tables with
different formats
► Specify special conditions for each section of a report allowing users to produce several different
outcomes
► Mail-Merge database information with letters or other text objects and specify selection criteria
► Use graphs with details, formulas and subtotals
► Publish reports to the Web with Automatic output

All versions of Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200 and Sage MAS 500 include the FRx Financial
Report Extender with the purchase of the General Ledger. FRx gives users
the ability to create, customize, and maximize financial reporting formats
to detail every aspect of their business. Our instructors will show users how to:
► Build General Ledger lists automatically and pull accounting data directly from the application
► View reports directly from e-mail - including extended drill-down navigation for users away from
the office
► Roll-up to consolidate business units ? yielding combined totals and other information

The third Wednesday of every month Accounting Resources, Inc hosts a
Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 User Group meeting. The meeting is designed to help
existing users, past users and future users get the answers to their
questions by sharing their challenges, their successes and how they get
the most out of their Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 software. Accounting Resources,
Inc. consultants are on-hand to share their technical tips.
